Terms and Conditions (T&C)
Coach Malik Boxing (http://www.coachmalikboxing.com)
1. Scope and Amendments
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Coach Malik operating as Coach Malik Boxing and the member using the services.
Coach Malik Boxing reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
2. Membership
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Online memberships concluded via the SportsNow App become legally binding once the purchase is confirmed.
Persons aged 16 and older may conclude a membership.
3. Services
Coach Malik Boxing offers:
6-Month Personal Training Subscription
12-Month Personal Training Subscription
Semi Personal Training (Saturdays and Sundays only)
Partner Training Single Session
Personal Training Single Session
Personal Training 10-Session Package
Trial Session
Corporate and Small Group Training
Prices are visible in the SportsNow App.
The subscriptions include 1–2 sessions per week or 4–8 sessions per month depending on the selected package.
Unused sessions expire after 4 weeks.
4. Payment
For 6-month personal training subscriptions, 12-month personal training subscriptions, semi personal training subscriptions and corporate/small group training subscriptions, payment is only possible in monthly installments.
Customers must set up a standing order via e-banking.
The payment must be scheduled between the 25th and 30th day of each calendar month.
Single personal training sessions and partner training sessions must be paid in full.
Invoices for single sessions or trial sessions must be paid within 5 days.
Reminder Fees
1st reminder: CHF 20
2nd reminder: CHF 30
3rd reminder: CHF 40
If payment is not made after the third reminder, debt collection proceedings may be initiated.
5. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings must be made via the SportsNow App at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations must also be made 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be considered used.
6. Refunds and Absence of Coach Malik
If Coach Malik cancels a session, the session will be credited in the SportsNow App.
If Coach Malik is on vacation, the subscription will be extended accordingly.
7. Illness or Injury
In case of illness or injury, the subscription may be paused for up to 4 weeks with a valid medical certificate.
Monthly payments must continue during this period.
The subscription will be extended by the duration of the absence.
8. Disclaimer
Coach Malik Boxing is not liable for injuries or damages that occur during or after training sessions.
Participation is at the customer’s own risk.
9. Contract Duration
The contract is valid for the duration of the selected subscription and does not renew automatically.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private.
11. Liability Release
The customer is responsible for their behavior before, during, and after training and releases Coach Malik from any liability.
